For your convenience, we have compiled a list of our operating hours over the Easter holiday weekend. Ticket support will be unaffected and continue our normal 24/7 support services; however, the Administration Office will remain closed during the Easter Break.
We will still operate a skeleton support staff to handle emergencies throughout this time. The phones will generally, during this time, not be manned; however, if you have any urgent requirements, please text an SMS to 0493 211 322 detailing your contact details. This mobile will be monitored twice daily, and responses will be addressed accordingly.
Actual closure dates throughout the Easter long weekend can be found below:
- Friday 18th April 2025 – Closed
- Saturday 19th April 2025 – Closed
- Sunday 20th April 2025 – Closed
- Monday 21st April 2025 – Closed
If you have an emergency over the Easter break, please call 0493 211 322 and leave a message. This phone will be monitored twice a day, and a response will be activated as soon as the message has been received.
